The Digital Wellbeing Podcast explores how we live well in the digital world.

I started The Digital Wellbeing Podcast in December 2020.

Earlier in the year, while quarantining during the COVID-19 pandemic, I read Cal Newport’s book Digital Minimalism.

For the next several months my wife Shannon and I explored how we could use our technology–smartphones, internet, and social media–to enhance our lives instead of distracting and detracting.

Digital technology has pervaded every aspect of our lives: work, rest, and community. I started The Digital Wellbeing Podcast to explore how we could exercise more control over the digital habits that pervade our lives.

I hope you join me in exploring digital wellbeing and implementing good digital habits for a fuller life.
