Intentionality requires structure.
No one accidentally organizes their schedule and life for deeper growth. Efficiency, productivity, and growth don’t just happen.
When we structure our lives with intentional rhythms, we tend to use our time better. Because we’re thinking about it.
Our smartphones, laptops, the internet, and social media have become default time-fillers for us. When there’s downtime, we turn to our screens to provide entertainment or a portal to the more interesting world out there.
Taking intentional breaks from screens, the internet, and social media helps us maintain authority over these tools. And it helps connect us to the present moment and the people we meet there.
Organizing the rhythms of our life to set boundaries on our time and technology use is a purposeful act that frees us to live fuller lives.
