For those of us who work online, specifically with social media, how do we pursue digital wellbeing in our work?
It’s important to be aware of how much time we are spending online, even for work. Finding a good balance of offline and online activity will increase our wellbeing and keep us from losing more time to the virtual world behind our screens.
Something as simple as the location of our smartphones can really impact our habits and our wellbeing. Keeping your smartphone in another room can help you focus. It helps provide a physical disconnect between work and leisure.
For those of us who work with social media, how can we stay focused and use the digital tools to our advantage, without getting sucked in and wasting time?
Social media management tools like Hootsuite, Agorapulse, and Facebook Creator Studio are among some of the tools that help marketers, social media managers, and other professionals manage their brand’s social channels responsibly.
Working online is a powerful step towards greater productivity and creative entrepreneurship. But let’s all assess how much time this online work is taking and whether we need to implement more boundaries to protect our time.
